financial year closing this month...
i'm really busy chasing cases to be in by 31st... and getting the deferment done.

am one that never like to speak to the customer directly, but this month, kena few times dee...
this morning kena quite mad also...
but what to do, i have to ensure the bankers are doing sales happily and comfortably so i gotta do the part that they do not like to do loh..

the worst of the day is i got a call this afternoon before leaving the office to enquire on the account value and after i've done the checking, i left my car key on the desk and i walked to the miles-away-car-park realising car key not with me. and mana tau, it started to rain and making me WET.... sigh... can it be any better? i shall not fall sick at this critical moment.
