:: New Year Resolutions ::

Blogging from Singapore for New Year Resolutions is a lil different.
Probably it's merrier here in my uncle's house...

2 more days to New Year..
Brand new year... Year 2008.
Second time in my life celebrating New Year day in a foreign country.
But I feel like I'm home here.
It's just an annual rountine to come down here.
It's more like returning home than travelling.

But this time I'm here alone.
No visiting but only shopping.
I want to visit Sentosa Island... but not this trip.

Dear Chun Mei!!!
Offer for you!!! Free accommodation!!!!!
But need to eat out.... Want???
Next year kay?

Well, back to the topic of the post..
My new year resolutions:

1. Be focus!!
I'm not sure if I'll like my job in the future. But I wanna focus. I must do my best.

2. Be discipline!!!
Well, last year I mentioned that I must tidy up my room once a week. I did not do it. So this time i must really make it. I also wanna commit to play sports. At least once a month. I need to sweat - to be more healthy. I also wanna lose weight so it is a must to be discipline in everything.

3. Save for at least a trip next year.
Don't count the singapore trip. I want to go to BKK or Bali or HK next year. Either one will do. Hopefully can make it with my friends!!

4. Meet up with my friends at least once a month.
I started to appreciate my friendship even more after I start working. I know it's very hard to keep in touch with everybody I know but I will try to make it to meet up at least 3 friends in a month in 3 seperate occassions.

5. Start my saving and investment.
I'll need to start my saving plan dee!! I know it's not easy to save money to study abroad. If I can't make it, but at least I have money to do some professional papers locally. Investment wise - for my future.

6. Say prayers everyday.
For the past one year, I was not active in the Buddhist Society. Now I guess it's harder for me to go over as I'm working dee. But I'll want myself to say prayers twice a day (morning and night). Spending 5 mins saying prayers is not that hard anyway.

7. Reading for self-improvement.
I must read more... more and more. Never stop learning.

8. Self-control
I must start to control myself in everything. No more being silly. No more crying. I wanna be good! Never throw tantrums!

9. Keep my words.
I must keep my words and be mindful in my speeches. I must remember whatever I've said and promised. I do not want to give empty promises. I want to be trust-worthy. I just want to be who I am.

10. Relationship (again!)
Be realistic!!!
No more fairy tale in relationship. Take it or leave it. I do not want to fall and climb again. I just want an easy relationship. Comfortable life and easy-going partner. As simple as that. I want a partner that will lead me to the right way.

anyway, i gtg sleep now.
need to be at orchard at 10 am tmrw morning.
