:: New Year Resolutions ::
It's already 30th December 2006.
In less than 2-day time, we will step into a brand new year.
I don't think I'll blog tomorrow... Not to sure...
So it's better for me to blog about my new year resolutions now.
My new year resolutions:
1. Study!!! No more skipping class.
Study and study and study. Half a year to go only. Must do well!
2. Tidy up my room once a week.
My study desk is always in a mess because each time I came home, I just left the stuff on the table.
3. Kam Fei Project must be successful.
I can't fit myself into certain trousers leh... Damn memalukan! And when I start work, I must look good leh!! Must always give others good impression mah!
4. Save for my trip.
I'm planning for a trip after final exams. Thus I must save for the spending during the trip.
5. Don't spend too much on unnecssities.
I'm working soon, I hope. So I don't need that much of casual clothes. Thus, I don't need to buy so much of clothing now except for working shirt and pants.
6. Catch up with friends and cousins.
I always lose contact with friends but certain friends do not need me to be around when they have no problem, thus that is not my problem. But I must catch up with my Bestarian friends.
Ever since my mom passed away, the family bond is not strong anymore. Luckily I still have 2 younger cousins to have fun with. And my S'porean cousins are very nice to chat with.
7. Must know how to cook!
I find it very interesting to cook. But I don't have the talent. All I could is to follow instructions and pray it turns out well! So I must learn bit by bit. I wanna cook for my family and friends. I wanna learn baking too.
8. Continue my Buddhist activities.
I was a little lazy towards the end of the year. But I must wake up early on Sunday morning to go to BUBS again!!! I don't think I can commit for the meditation class on thurs night, but I'll consider going for the Saturday session at CBL. These Buddhist activities helped me a lot when I was really down, thus I shall contribute to help others.
9. Relationship
It is not easy to maintain a relationship. All we need is love, sincerity and trust. I do not know how much I have in each of the criteria but I put in all I can. I do not put too much of hope because I was being abandoned once and I know it is not reliable to put relationship at the place of no 1. Be realistic. When I sence something wrong, step back and move on. All I know is not to throw tantrums at the loved one, not to demand too much from the loved one and not to depend too much on the loved one. But after all, I might quit if I find it too difficult to accommodate again.
10. Attitude
This must be the highlight of the year. For the past 6 months, I believe that I have improved. I think I'm more pleasant, I'm able to control my emotion, I found good ways to release my anger, I always have smile on my face, I'm more understanding but I still get moody regularly. The only good thing is I don't throw tantrums at others.
That are all I can think of now...

erm.... there is something else i would like to clarify here.
if you know me well, you know that i'm a moody girl.
when my mood swings, it kills.
i'm controlling myself.
so in order not to hurt another, i will avoid seeing you.
let me tell you what happened.
i won this tickets from cinemaonline.com.my for the preview of The Guardian.
actually i would love to watch the movie.
at first, i invited somebody to watch with me.
but because of my sis, i became moody.
and i didn't want to go for the movie anymore,
i apologised before i told this somebody that i'm not going for the movie dee, in the sms.
at first, i felt so sorry.
but later, i got a replied says
"Please do not do that again. Thank you"
i was like WTF!!!!!!
i felt like i was getting lecture from my dear lecturers.
and i know my lecturers will never do that.
even if they tell me not to do that again, they'll not say THANK YOU.
the reply worsened my day.
the reply is very sarcastic.
anyway, it's my right to choose to do anything.
i know it is my fault for canceling lah...
but still, i have the preference.
anyway, you didn't even need to spend any dollar on it..
maybe a few cents on the sms.
now i have to put the blame on Tob.
it's because of her lah, if she was to stay home and not going out with her uni friends,
then she was the one that gone for the movie with me
and my mood wouldn't be that bad.

but luckily a sms from Iris cheers me up.
she was ajak-ing for yum cha.
at first i thought of going but by the time i finished my dinner,
my mind was telling me to go home.
oh ya, dinner was on Grace.....
we had dinner at Food Foundry.
the crepe was so so so so yummy.
the chicken wings were very good too...
but the Charmaine's Chicken Cordon Bleu (RM 13.90++) was rather disappointing.
Grace's Nasi Lemak kampung (RM 6.90++ if i'm not mistaken) was okay only..
and my Vongole (RM 12.90++) was good....
but ththey only offer 3 types of pasta - spaghetti, fettucine and angelhair.
i opt for fettucine.
the vongole comes with green mussels...
the serving was big.
definitely worth the money paid.
i didn't have camera with me so i didn't take any pic of the food.
but i'm sure i'll pay a visit again.
to that somebody (iff you get to read this)
please forgive me if you know that i'm not doing that on the purpose.
but if you insisted that it's big matter of me fong fei kei on you ah, then please carry on.
to be at the safe side, i'll not have any more outings/appointments with you.
in case i will call the outings/appointments off and i'll be a bitch in your eyes.

it's DONG ZHI again..
winter is here!!
and we eat "tang yuen"...
this is the 3rd DONG ZHI without mummy around.
and the "tang yuen" at home no longer nice..
hehehehe!!
cause it is dominating by the kids and they can't take ginger soup.
so... i'll make my own "tang yuen" whenever i want.
i bought 2 packets of those "tang yuen" with filling...
delicious.. i like the one with black sesame filling... :)
whenever there is festival, it makes me missing my mom more.
because everytime she will cook a lot and
woke up super duper early to pray and
nagging me for never help and wake up late....
i know "wei ya" is coming soon too... and i'll be missing her badly.

Yeah, i still remember it's Chee Kian's bday today.
I'm not sure how many of you actually heard of him..
But that was in high school, that is so long ago.
In the lunar calendar, it's my Daddy, bro-in-law- Robert, and my cousin's son - Fung Fung's birthday.
So happening today huh!!
Happy happy birhday.
May all be well and happy.
May all have a better year ahead.

and the probability of 90% i'm not sitting for exam.
unless i boil the notes with soup...
and drink them.
then i will be able to do the question in exam.
final is in june!!!
i have 6 more months to finish 3 subjects.
damn!
i was being too lazy for the past 4 months.
but that is common... for me.
now i know what are my wishes and resolutions for 2007!

Finally... finally..
today i receive a news that i waited for so long...
Laysye and Steven are tying the knot soon...
Yes, a rushed one.
but not due to pregnancy.
it's because Laysye's grandpa passed away so she has to get married within 100 days or else they have to wait for another 3 years and on another hand, Steven's granny is old... dunno how long more she can wait, so they have decided to have the wedding soon.
It'll be on 27 January 2007.
Yes.. soon...
like one and a half month away.
And yes, i really need to kam fei this time.

:: saturday nite ::
yesterday went out with them to SODA club...
it's my first time there..
i was there before in SODA cafe but not the club.
er... this is not those lala club, i think.
we were there quite early, about 9pm, so there are not many people.
hahahaha...
there was a live band... and we were playing "casino royale".
we left about 11pm...
and guess who i saw.
i saw Kong Kah Kit...
hahaha!!
i haven't seen him since last year at Salina's birthday party till now.
we walked to Decanter..
but just there to say hi to Sarah and friends.
then we had supper at Nasi Kandar Bestari....
expensive man...
5 of us and the bill came at RM33...
not worth it..
i'll prefer to eat fried hokkien mee, cantonese fried etc...
oh man, i'm craving for "dai chao".
suddenly i remember that i have a dream about having "soft stone"..
hehehe!!!
exam tomorrow...
sei for, and i still have 5 more chapters to go.

and today they broke my door handle.

:: Just dessert ::
Went to do shopping alone, yesterday, at Mutiara Damansara.
Bought 3 pairs of sandals and 2 tops from Padini Concept Shop..
Then went for tea at just dessert @ The Curve.

It's my time to comment on the food.
Firstly, FYI, I'm not a big fan of red bean soup.... but i like red bean soup with orange peel...
Hehehe..
Usually if I were to order tong sui, i'll opt for black sesame or fu chok barley...
But yesterday, when I saw the red bean soup with orange peel... so I just order.
It's not that satisfying...
It's too watery for me.
I prefer thicker texture.
Maybe KTZ is better.... I haven't tried but their black sesame is not bad!!
The Fried carrot cake... ok not too bad.
But the carrot cake is too soft..
Erm... as in when you chew, it's not "q".
I still prefer the one in Sg Buloh Pasar Malam.
Oh my goodness..
I need to kam fei..
Food is fattening..
My tyre goes bigger...
