how was your merdeka eve??
i just came back!
i had dinner with kat.
thought of the midnight sales would be great... but no.. it was like SHIT!!!
not many shops open...
but we got to see fireworks lah!!
quite poor thing lah my dearest 1U had no firework display!!!
so we can only see the one in the curve/ikano.
it was about 15 mins...
like burning money!!
but quite nice....
went to mardigras again....
it was so so so so so packed.
somehow i find myself loving dancing...
no no no..
i better not go anymore.
anyway, today i saw many people i know.
i saw baldev, raj, daren, ka hoe, chee kian and willie.
suprise...
usually i don't!!

back to the dinner...
we were there early and there was not many people yet.
lucky.... order came quite fast.
if you go there on a saturday nite.... after 11pm, it'll be very crowded.
i had gastric, so i had milo kosong - very thick!!
roti bakar..it is something like roti john!!
yummy!!
my roti telur...
too bad i din know their roti telur comes with onion...
but the texture is very nice!!
he had cheese naan.
so much of cheese..
but the taste is different from the one in murni ss2
i think this is the fish curry or chicken curry.
quite nice too!!
the food there is quite nice...
the price charged here is not the mamak price but restaurant price!!!

this is one of the worst veggie i had.
hahahah!
my funny kat donated hers to me because she found it very bad.
the total damage came at 80 bucks for 5 of us with 4 dishes and rice and a pot of tea with ice.
it was okay, neither cheap nor expensive.
but the restaurant is very crowded lah..
go there early i suggest or maybe can consider making reservation.

they are so hard and the taste... i don't know how to describe.
i prefer the garlic bread in pizza. much better!
becaz the melted cheese doesn't go into the dough...
the service there isn't very good though u pay the 10% service charge. :(
i like California Pizza Kitchen the best... my all-time-favourite though they actually disappointed me once.

i know i'm not one that get attracted easily to luxury goods.
i know the limit.

pasta in white sauce.oh... this one tasted very bad.
i can cook a nicer white sauce spaghetti.
kam heung chicken chop rice.okay nia..
it's ok just to satisfy your hunger.
but do not expect too much.
portion is big.
so....
i think, yum cha in island cafe okay lah.
but dine-in, i think go to coffee shop will be better loh..
since the food is usually cheaper and nicer.
:P
by the way, last saturday, i had buffet dinner with my sis in shangri-la.
then when i was grapping food...
suddenly someone called my name quite loud, so i turned and looked.
it was dear chi yng.... hahahaha!!
omg, we bumped into each other having dinner with family members at lemon garden.
we never told each other that we were going there.
but we were there at the same time.
hahahaha!!
but i was seated at the terrace garden...
they were at the middle of the restaurant.
so funny lah!!!
