just got informed by colleague that i will need to go for roadshow in the afternoon till night in the morning.
and shit.. i wore high heels to work.

not the working shoes that i showed in the previous post.
stood for hours with my high heels... almost killed me.
but i didn't know i'm this old and i can't tahan the pain anymore.
I shall buy you a good treat on the next pay day.

it's my first pay day.
first ever permanent job pay day.
finally, i earn my own money.
i don't have to open my mouth and ask for money.
it's always my dream to be independent.
i know being pampered and protected is good... but only if my mom is around.
so... i can laugh harder just because i know as long as i work, i get paid.
this monday, i do not feel so blue..
because it's a happy monday.
it's a pay day.
it marks a big event in my life.
sorry that i have to repeat so many times that it's my pay day today. lol!!
don't rob me.
i don't get paid that well.
i just get paid for half a month.
and i have so much debts to pay for. :(
i'm glad that i work.
i feel a lil different now.
i grow up a bit.
but i'm still the same.
i want to do things fast and clean.
i hope my colleagues will know.
i don't want to break the laws.
i want to remain being ethical in life.

i haven't blogged about my second visit because the photos are kept in my pc and my pc is having some problem.
nevermind ... i shall share with you about my latest visit to Kura.
i brought my sis there for once and now she is making noise to go there for dinner all the time.
she herself went with her friends and she wanted to go again and again.
the last time we were there was for my bday celebration...
3 of us with 2 kids.
this time - it was the same... altogether 5 of us!!
the kids wanted chicken katsu don.
so we had 2 sets of that.
the chicken katsu don came with miso soup.
the miso soup contains of veggie, taufu and small little mushroom.taste wise - good.
the yummylicious chicken katsu don @ RM 25.it's very good when they serve it hot.
big portion of fried chicken fillet.
sukiyaki set (if i'm not mistaken it was RM 40/45)
the last time i had sukiyaki was during chiyng's bday
because my sis does not like to eat beef so we had sukiyaki in chicken.
it was good too!!
we had this because we were so bored with sashimi and tempura.
you can try it too!
the set comes with rice, chawanmuchi, miso soup and fruits.
i for the name of the set.
but it contains sashimi, grilled fish with teriyaki sauce, rice, chawanmuchi, miso soup and fruits.
all the sets served with green salad as appertiser.
i must say the sets are huge..
so 5 of us order only 4 mains.
we can't finish all of them.
the service there is very good...
very good ambience too.
definitely worth any single cents paid.
you can go there for set lunch.
i think it's slightly cheaper than the set dinner.

i always like pointy heels...
and i bought this pair of heels last week at jusco at 15% off..
better than nothing.
hehehe
it's not exactly that comfy.
i bought the scholl plaster to stick them at the back because the size is a lil loose and they hurt my feet.
now... it's much better.
especially it rains quite often now...
with leather shoes, i'm not so afraid my heels got wet!
now 1 week dee... i'm still happy with my first hush puppies!!!
but i wanan try scholl... primavera... clarks, if they have nice pointy heels.
shoes - one of the few things that i'm willing to spend a lot on.
reason - because i wear them for more than 8 hrs a day.
if they are not comfy though the design is nice, i will still not buy.
i don't want to hurt my feet.
they are precious to me.

just heard that 3 of the classmates got into stanchart for their management trainee programme.
you know... it's very hard to get in for the trainee programmes but apparently.. people from my course, YES!!! they are... and they can. they will be the future banker.
some of my coursemates in cimb complete banker, some in hsbc trainee, some with UOB...
but it's never ME!!
where else can i turn to?
i'm in the sales line now... but i'm the bank.
sigh..... how to grow fast.
but the bank is treating me quite WELL!!!
at least i have certain benefits better than others.
what else can i complain?

today.. i had some unplanned activities.
woke up rather late today because it was raining in the morning.
texted kat in the afternoon..
ajak her to low yat plaza to do some accessories hunt as she has just bought a new laptop!!!!
and i wanted to survey around the prices for laptop and desktop.
i am still undecided.... for either laptop or desktop.
both are so attractive.
in fact, i want both.
the traffic today was SO SO SO SO BAD!!!
i think it's due to the rally at dataran merdeka.
on sprint highway itself, there was a road block.
at that time we were still unaware of what happened.
but when i was driving towards parliament house.... we saw many police (FRU) trucks...
then we remembered that there was a demonstartion of BERSIH today.
i must admit... i am ignorant.
i did not read the political news.
so i don't really know what is that about.
i just know the PM said "saya pantang dicabar".
people... don't do anything to disgrace yourself, your race and your country kay!
i did not particularly meaning anybody.
but today when i was driving and walking in BB area... i feel insecured.
i feel like i'm in some rather dangerous/unpeaceful 3rd world country.
oi.. it's KL!!!
KL got our famous KLCC... KL Tower.... KLIA....
but.... it's just the security is bad - in terms of robbery, rapes, murdery... now even demonstration.
i'm scared.
when it was about dinner time, we left KL...
thought of going to Jalan Alor, but cannot get parking and feel rather "insecured" again...
we drove back to pj.
we ended at uptown as the girl was craving for nasi lemak.
wanted to go for village.. but it was closed..
so went to Naili's.
i heard about the place, but i haven't been there.
it's from sentul, i heard.
i had nasi lemak with kampong fried chicken @ RM 8.90+
it comes with fried chicken, beef rendang and spicy shrimp and butter rice.
she said it's good too.
i think the food there is not bad.
they also have western food...
the setting there is quite nice...
they even have an escalator to go up.. so you dont' have to walk up but you have to walk down.
:)
note: there was no 10% charges on the service tax.

this is a super duper overdue post.
i had my lovely dinner birthday on 30 sept because this year - my birthday falls on a weekday.
plus that it was on a tuesday - i'm working for my sis... and her office is super busy on tuesday.
thus i can't have my birthday celebration on the actual day.
i had the lovely dinner at Monte's, Bangsar Shopping Centre - my all-time-favourite-for-western-food.
it is not a super fine dining restaurant like those in the hotel but the food served there is definitely good and the price is affordable.
the food there has never failed to excite me.
and of course, it is also a good family dining place.
too bad that i did not dine in on my actual birthday or else there will be a slice of cake on the house. :(
nevermind, the rest of the food is good enough to make me happy and satisfied.

asked for iced water because we had a lot of food to taste.
just want to have the original taste of the food and not to sweeten our mouths with other beverage.
they served hot bun with salted butter.
the bun was so soft.
it was complimentary but if you ask for more, these are chargeble.
we started our meal with oxtail soup.
it was my first time of drinking oxtail soup.
it was good.
and there was big piece of beef (i think)... hahahaa...
the meat was boiled to tender and soft.
so yummy.
it was not so good to my diet plan.
but it was ok for once a year :P
baked escargots with garlic sauceif i did not mistaken, it was charged at RM 15.90++ or cheaper.
definitely worth ordering.
it was heavenly good!!!
i do not mind gaining weight by licking the whole plate of sauce.
look at the juicy escargots!!!don't worry. it was so so so yummilicious.
charboiled ribeye (from NZ)
I think it was priced at RM 43.90++
though it was only one piece of meat but it was a thick cut of beef.
he had it in black pepper sauce with medium.
it was just nice.
juicy, chewable... absolutely good.
i had this must-order-CHARBOILED-LAMB if you like mutton.
it was heavenly good.
i always order this.
it was a special sauce.. i don't know how to describe but it was just so good.
taste a lil bit of mint but not too much...they just go well with the lamb.
last but not least i have to take a pic with my signature pose.
i think it's not that expensive since we had like 2 starters and 2 mains.
what do you think?
i really love the food there...
i even prefer this place over san franciso and victoria station.
i don't mind to gain weight if you want to bring me there :D
they also serve pasta, poultry... but i can't remember if they have fried rice.
you don't have to dress up super nice there because it's just a casual dining place.
you don't have to go there just for special ocassion.
go try out and share me your comments.
or maybe i have weird taste buds.

finally i have a post that is a fresh update.
pictures taken this afternoon.
went to one u.. for the purpose - to collect my bday voucher from SUB!!!
i actually wrote them to complain because they missed out my bday voucher that i can spend to purchase clothing.
so today is the last day for me to utilise the voucher before the expiry date.
i bought myself a white top!
i'm loving it.
then had lunch at fish & co for the second time of the week before i wanted spaghetti and i have no idea where to have cheaper meal because i am broke.
actually i went to fish & co with my cousin on wed for dinner.....
i requested for SOUR CREAM and they had no idea what sour cream is but 2 weeks ago when Kat and I had our lunch there, they specially made for us and it was yummy.
i din quite like the service on wed night but today it was okay!!!!!
maybe the other day, we were just too dressed down.
today, we had
caesar salad with smoked salmon @ RM 9.90++
new york fish & chips @ RM 10.90
this fish & chips is filled with cheese stuffing..
not bad.. but i hope there will be a lil bit more cheese in it!
i must say... it's worth for a try when you are bored with normal fish & chips.
we share a spaghetti marinara @ RM 14.90
it was served in a generous portion..
but the above picture was only my share.
it came with calamari, fish fillet, mussels..
not heavenly good but it was okay. cheap!
it was not satisfying because i have no sour cream for the chips...
i hope they also can improve on the sauces.
it's because the chili sauce and ketcup taste the same for me.
then their 'homemade chili sauce' like those chicken rice one is not nice.
the tartar sauce is a bit too diluted.
one thing... the lemon and garlic sauce is good.
i just hope there will be sour cream soon!!
