i have this lil thought today.

i was driving home just now..
this school girl was complaining of being tired of school homework, co-curiculum etc etc.
but she never knows that working is much more tiring.

sometimes we just wish to fastforward the time.....
so that we can finish work faster....
avoid getting in troubles....
going home earlier...
sleeping earlier....

but we seldom appreciate the 'present' moment.

so fast, it's year 2008...
and cny in 2-week time.
and i'll be a year older.

i guess ... i have to appreciate every seconds that i have.
i know i can never go back to the past.... to have my homework done, playing netball during PE lesson, going for tuition classes...
all i have now is achieving montly target.
i hate the word 'sales figure'
but i have no choice!!!
every job is a sales job!!
even a solicitor has to get the customer to sign the contract with him/her but entertaining customer.
i think i just have to bare with it for a while more and i might get use to it, i hope....

be optimistic.
be happy.

i always hope for that...
be well and happy...
i pray for that.
i hope it goes to all of you that i know.

appreciate all the time that you have now.
you can never turn back the time.

i hate it the most when people give me wrong information.
so this happened!!!

my colleague's friend works in one of the newly merged local bank with the red colour signboard as mobile sales executive.
he came to my office and asked us to sign up for credit card because he needs submission.

he made me signed 2 forms so that i can get both visa and master cards....
i asked if i need to pay any membership or any rubbish annual fees...
he said.. NO!!! It's free for life.

when i received the card, i have got the VISA card ONLY!!
i double check with him and he said i shall be receiving two.
i even asked him again if this RUBBISH VISA card is free for life.
his idiotic answer was YES.

and today i received the statement from the bank with the slogan "the way you want it" and they charge me an amount of 70 ringgit malaysia for the annual membership fee.
when i see this line, i seriously want to burn down the smartest mobile sales executive punya house.

nvm... i called call centre.
they said they only have one application and i requested for VISA only.
my action was like 'WTF???"
the kind call-centre staff said they can only waive me the annual fee for this year.

omg.... he made me signed two forms.
and by believing in my colleague, he cheated the trustworthy given.
nvm... by only one credit card and i see the true colour of the ttdi branch mobile sales executive.

don't come bug me for credit card application.
my bank has a good enough credit card.

but why in the world still got people like that???
the red-colour-signboard-bank should hire more people like that...
so they will get more complaints and say goodbye to the banking industry.
i hate it so much.
i hate people that give wrong information.

when you don't know, please find out.
don't say that you don't know and you simply answer some incorrect information to confuse others.

had lunch with vincent today.
brought him to tmn desa for my fave fish head noodles.
i can't remember when was the last time i saw him.
it must be years ago.
he reminds me of our good old days - the DEF Jan 2002 and DE July 2002.
chatted for hours...
but it was really fun!!!

come to think about my life, i'm not sure if i'm lucky or i'm not.
looking at my friends, there are some, really having much better lives than me.
not worrying about job, money, life etc etc.
but there are some, they have so much commitment that - i don't even know how they live their lives.
i'm telling myself, there is nothing to be jealous about.
karma will lead my way.
i'll be fine as long as i believe in it.


i can't remember how many times that i have fallen down.
and each time i fall, i learnt something new.
but please!!! i try not to fall anymore.
it's not easy to climb all the way up again.
i'm old dee...
i wanna be realistic about life.
i do not want to make any wrong decision anymore.
i do not want to tear over small thing anymore.
i do not want to waste time thinking over insignificant matter.
well, sound sad but it's the truth.


When you know thing does not happen the way you want it to,
you accommodate, you change, you adapt, you will do anything and everything you can....
trying to make it work.

i have to admit.

well.. it's saturday and i'm supposed to go for UT exams!!!
but... i arrived there and was seated...
about to start the exam..
and... suddenly the lady-in-charge, said "sorry guys!!! we are having problem with our internet connection. the exam is cancelled."

i was like "? ? ? WTF??"
hey... why in the world got such thing one???
i prepared... and i was damn panic for the exam...
but you tell me it's cancelled!!!
stupid MIS!!
i should have party harder with wei chuan and friends on friday nite.

talk about friday nite... it was really a crazy nite.
it was my very very first time to laundry @ the curve.
and it was my virgin drinking session with fellow bestarians!!
let me list down who were there.

me, wei chuan, wei min, iris, eng siong, huai leng, adele and MJ, mun chiew and daphanie, wye chuan and ss, wai yang, wei ken, hing chun, bee yam, fang shyuan, michael (fs's friend), MJ's friend, tae woon, woei lih, sze mun and joseph, chun keat and laura.

omg... a grand total of 26 of us!!
and we drank 3 bottles...
we were all so thirsty...
i must say Daphanie and SS nvr drink...
but me, wei chuan, wei min, iris, eng siong had the first bottle finished very fast.
I JUST DO NOT KNOW WHY!!!
i din drink much either.
maybe wei chuan drank a lot because he was really drunk.
he told everyone he loves them...
hahahaha!!!!! OMG!!!
he hugged me so hard.. i don't want to elaborate further.
it's better to keep his image good and clean.
and my minnie mouse - IRIS!!!!! bitten every girls.
now my arm got blue black dee.

anyway, it was fun!!
it was my first time partying happily and freely.
so carefree!!!
i really had great time.
and i really miss school...
how i wish we're still in school... but i know we hate each other when we were in school!!!

things happen like i said.
the saturday outing really tak jadi loh!!

because wei chuan is going back to perth on sat morning!
so i have to join them tomorrow for drinking session though sat morning i'll have exam.

phlegm is killing me.

i supposed to blog about food...
but recently i cut down on food consumption and i don't really have time to have proper dining.
don't ask me why i'm so busy.
i don't know either.

but that day i had great time at friday's with the fellow bestarians.
not about the food.... i never like their food.
the only thing that i order everytime i dine in is 'buffalo wings', disappointed me either.
it's always chili's that makes me happier!!

i love seeing my friends.
exchanging info and crapping about life.
it's the 13th year that we have known each other.
omg... that make me feel so old.
we know each other for half of our lives!!!!

i'm so looking forward for the day someone else get married and have kids.
and we are all uncles and aunties..
maybe it'll be sze mun's turn. *cough*

it's the year of rat....
and it's my year.
i hope it'll be a better year.

omg.

infection at throat...
running nose and nose blocked especially when i sleep.

i must say.. too much of shopping made me sick.

it was me that forgot to drink water when i was out for shopping.

seriously..
it was so so so much cheaper to do shopping in singapore during sales time than in malaysia.
i spent a lot... when i mean a lot.. i really mean it!!!
i wanna go again...
it was a 3-day shopping marathon.. my cousins can't take it anymore.

but friends.... i still haven't met you for year 2008.
i miss you guys so much.
